Sell to Us

Selling your items to us is simple and straightforward. Just follow the steps below:

1. Submit your item details
Complete our submission form below with information about your item(s), including condition, size, and whether original packaging is included. If the form is not working, you can email us directly at velareindustries@gmail.com.

2. Initial review
We typically respond within 48 hours to let you know if the item(s) are of interest.

3. Provide photos & receive an offer
If we’re interested, we will ask for photos of the item(s). After reviewing them, we will provide you with a price offer.

4. Accept the offer
If you agree to the offer, we will proceed with the next step.

5. Ship your items
We will send you a prepaid shipping label, which you can use to send the item(s) to us.

6. Authentication & inspection
Once received, we will carry out an authenticity check and ensure the item(s) match the description provided.

7. Get paid
If everything is approved, payment will be issued via bank transfer within 1–3 business days.

Please note:
All items should be freshly washed or dry cleaned before shipping. The condition of the item(s) may affect the final valuation.
